Helping Keep Pets Fed and at Home
No one should have to give up a beloved pet because of temporary hardship. The Benson’s CARES Kim Brown Memorial Pet Food Pantry helps families, fosters, and rescue groups across Upstate New York get the supplies they need to care for animals at no cost.
How It Works
We collect donations from customers, community members, and vendors. Those supplies are then organized and distributed to individuals and organizations in need.

Supplies are collected at all Benson’s Pet Center locations.

Donations are sorted and stored at our Clifton Park site.

Weekly pickups are scheduled based on need and availability.
How to Donate
You can drop off donations at any Benson’s Pet Center location during business hours. We gladly accept the following items:

Dry or Canned Pet Food (Unopened)

Cat Litter (Unopened)
-
Treats (Unopened)
-
Bowls, Beds, Collars, Leashes (Good or New Condition)

Toys (Good or New Condition)
